Two World Backpackers
Two World Backpackers is a travel and food blog with years of content. They came with a half-finished WordPress site, no attractive design, and abandoned for 1-2 years. They wanted to jump to a professional website, with their own visual identity and a blog that could scale into something bigger.
We started with a content audit and a new visual identity: palette, typography, design system. Then we rebuilt the WordPress structure with Custom Post Types and ACF so the blog could grow without friction, and trained them to publish without depending on anyone.
Rebuilding the identity, not just the site
The WordPress site was abandoned and the identity didn't represent the project. Instead of just "improving the design", we created a complete visual identity from scratch: palette, typography, component system. The site now communicates what the project is, not what it was.
WordPress with Custom Post Types and ACF
The client wanted to keep using WordPress, but needed a structure that supported the growth of the blog. We implemented Custom Post Types and ACF so each content type had its own structure, fields, and templates. Publishing is now an organized experience, not chaos.
Training as part of the delivery
Delivering the site wasn't enough. We held a training session so Laura and Andrés could manage their content with the new workflow. The client is autonomous from day 1, without depending on me for every change.

- Tailwind
The site has been live since 2026. The project went from an abandoned WordPress to an organized platform with its own identity, structured content, and a blog that can grow without friction. Laura and Andrés manage their own content with total autonomy.
